Do not take Vicks NyQuil unless directed by a doctor if you have;
Heart or thyroid disease Persistent or chronic cough, cough associated with smoking, or bronchitis High blood pressure Breathing problems or emphysema Excessive phlegm (mucus) Difficulty in urination due to enlargement of the prostate gland
Do not use this product without first asking a doctor if you take sedatives, tranquilizers, a prescription monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI-certain drugs for depression, psychiatric or emotional conditions, or Parkinson's disease)for two weeks after stopping the MAOI drug or if you are uncertain whether your prescription contains an MAOI. Do not use Vicks NyQuil over seven days.
