International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges on international shipments are charged at time of shipment. If the shipping charges charged at the time of ordering are not enough to cover the shipping costs, MedontheNet.com reserves the right to charge the customer, the balance amount to cover the shipping costs.
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Only those items that have no import restrictions will be shipped internationally. MedontheNet.com reserves the right to not send certain items internationally at its own discretion. The buyer will be informed of this decision by e-mail. For example, we do not ship vitamins and dietary supplements to Europe and Canada. We also do not ship diapers internationally. We do not issue refunds on any international shipments.

MedontheNet.com delivers merchandise through package carriers such as Federal Express, UPS (United Parcel Service), and USPS (United States Postal Service).

Ground Delivery

All UPS-shippable orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time, (except AK and HI) will be shipped the same day, subject to prior credit approval. Our trained staff, large inventory and coast-to-coast distribution centers guarantee prompt delivery.

Expedited Shipping

For faster delivery, we offer FedEx and UPS Next Day or Second Day delivery, for orders received by 3:00 PM Pacific time, subject to prior credit approval. UPS expedited shipping charges will apply.

Back Orders

We stock hundreds of products and strive to deliver all orders complete the first time. If for some reason a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we can back order the item and ship it as soon as it is received, or ship from another distribution center, if available. Appropriate freight charges will apply.

We gladly research products we do not stock, giving you cost, availability and approximate delivery time. Please provide us with as much information as possible to speed our search. Once you approve the order, we will deliver the product as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy
Some merchandise may not be returned or exchanged for refund. Email us at: MedontheNet@gmail.com to receive a return authorization number within seven days from receipt of your order to return refundable items. The amount refunded will be the order total, less shipping and handling charges. Please be aware that you will be charged for shipping and handling on order deliveries that are refused or returned undeliverable due to an insufficient address.
